A publication of the Harvard Medical School presents the contribution of Yoga to improve chronic back pain. This article refers specifically to the yoga that is taught in Patanjali Yoga Center, by certified teachers and that is nothing less than "Iyengar Yoga"!
"The Spine (a journal) study is the second of two randomized trials to test a specific form of yoga called IYENGAR Yoga, which is based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, one of the world's most well-known living yoga teachers."
